I bought a digi cluster off someone here. When it arrived, the tach needle stays at max instead of at 0. I tried shaking it but it wont budge. Would it go back to 0 when I plug it back in? Or should I try and fix it somehow before plugging it into my car.

Plug it in mine was like this when i got it.
