ok well i was able to get ahold of the gauge cluster that came with my front clip, only problem is that my motor is a 97-98 180sx kouki engine and the cluster itself is completley different than USDM clusters. It has 2 connections on the back instead of 3. I wanted to know if there was anyone that could wire it up to the stock harness that plugs into the dash?

do you have the pigtails that go to that cluster? what year is the cluster from? as far as i know all the s13 clusters were the same (ex HUD). either way you can just look at the FSM for the wiring.

yeah i have the pigtails. cluster is from a 97-98 180sx. the cluster itself is just like all the rest of the 89-94 clusters except the odo. meter is digital.

you should be able to match up all the signals then. whats what i did for the s15 cluster i have in my s13. the only thing extra i had to do was make a converter for the speedo, but i dont think you have to do that for the s14 cluster.

just look at both of the FSMs
