S13 SR Unknown Wires

Ok, so I just finished my SR swap into my S13 and there are some wires I am kinda confuesed about.

I followed the guide from frsport.com so please no need to link to that a thousand times. It was a perfect guide except for the last wire splicing. It is the plug that mates to the chassis near the battery. I was supposed to splice in my KA plugs into my SR harness.

It was pretty much color matching, I am not running AC so I tucked away the AC(green) wires. The wires that I am having trouble with is a pink wire. Some random pink wire is chillin there that it doesn't even mention on the guide. Also, there are 2 brown wires on one side, and one brown on the other.

So basically my car won't shut off. If I connect the battery, all the electronics are instanly on, even when the key is in lock position and the door is shut. I can start the car, but to turn it off I have to pull the fuse for the fuel stuff.

Any ideas what this PINK wire is for? and now it's not a faded red wire for sure, and what the other brown wires do? I know one brown wire is ECU backup power I believe. I think I may be having problems because there used to be a SOHC in there.
