2008 frontier oil change
going to change oil for the first time on my new truck,want to know if i can use synthetic, figure its fine i only put synthetic in my sr but never did change oil on a brand new car or motor. manuel says to use 5w-30. it will be safe or better to run 5w-30 synthetic like royal purple right?
