torque converter stage 2

hey I have a question, a friend of mine is tryin to find a good torque converter for his 240sx 97 , but the only thing we found was a stage 2 torque converter , but on the description have (please note that I copy the description of the converter so you can see it clear)

High Torque , Stage Two torque converter; Tig welded stock OEM spec replacement (including factory updates). New or Inspected Bearing, Verified Pilot, Burnished hub, inspected turbine splines, friction material inspected or replaced with new, friction surface area is mircopolished, computer balanced and leak checked. Impeller is tig welded, turbine is tig welded, NEW HD lockup clutch where applicable, stall speed is increased 400-800RPM's compared to stock

is this a good option? what does it means that the stall speed is increase on those RPMs , tnks for the help !!
