Big thanks to Andy Vaughn at Southern Imports in Murfreesboro TN for all his work on this project. Any 240 guys in the Nashville area needing help with their cars please call Andy and let him work his magic. He's put a lot of time into this and Chris' RB26 240.

Turbo is a Borg Warner S362 T3 .70 A/R. Xcessive Manufacturing Turbo Manifold. Feel free to ask any questions.

looking good, what did you do to paint the valve cover and intercooler pipes? Are those powdercoated?

Looks like wrinkle black powdercoat to me. Nice set up.

Yes, they're a black wrinkle/crinkle powdercoat. The goal was for something different and it turned out really well.

Car will get dyno'd with the new setup on Tuesday evening so I'll be sure to post an update as soon as I have the numbers.

What kinda numbers are you shooting for??

I'm hoping for 500/450 @ 25lbs. I'll be on a mustang dyno so with that considered I'm sure I'll be close but we'll just have to see how it all works out. The turbo has the new 7" cover instead of the 8 or 9" because we were having clearance issues and I've yet to see any other car dyno with this particular turbo in the new cover to get an idea of what to expect. Unfortunately I can't get too crazy with everything because I'm still on the JWT 72lb injector setup so anything over 530-540 and the duty cycle will be too high for the injectors. Feel free to ask any questions you have!

Lol we hate ya'll too! Naw jk jk thats one thing that I love about most 240 guys is that we have a sort of camaraderie and respect for each other no matter what the platform.

The Synapse is an amazing BOV. I had an HKS SSQV before and it always worked well but I've yet to install one of these that has leaked or had any issues and this one is just the same. No complaints here whatsoever and btw we carry Synapse so let me know when you're wanting one and I'll take care of it.
