Sohc High Idle

Well if you read my thread before I put that vacuum line that was on the top of the throttle body to some unit under the negative ground on the engine. My car is still having a random high idle problem. Most of the time it idles at 750-800 but randomly it idles at 1200-1500. I will come to a stop and it will just rise. I also figured out that the O2 sensor was broken so I got another and put that in. It stills has the high idle but not as often. Could it be a vac leak? I also unplugged my Cruise Control unit because it had a vacuum line sticking out of it that led to nothing. Im missing the part that has the throttle cable line. Any help would be great. Thanks in Advance.
