s13 SR20 wont start...again

So i go to start my car turn my key over and hear alot of clicking(sounds like relays) but its coming from under my center console, turn the key off and turn it again and hear the same thing. The next time i try nothing, head lights wont turn on nor will S-AFC, AVC-R but when i would turn my headlights off the power button of my radio would light up. Checked conections, battery was at 12.8 volts. When a neighbor hooked up his wireless battery charger the car would begin to try to turn over but would never actually crank. Made sure there was fresh gas in it and tried charging the battery. After the car wouldn't crank neighbor left put it on a cord charger and let it charge, when i tried to start it car wouldnt even try to come over all i could hear was a buzzing sound coming from something either in the interior fuse box or a relay behind the fuse box. Any idea's on what this could be? Oh and btw yes i checked my grounds.

Thanks.

i jst have the same problem... at first i thought it was the RET MTR fuse under the hood... cuz it always blows soon as i insert a fuse. and i checked all my ground also. and everything is good. but yeah my car would jst crank but wont start. i thought it wasnt gettin no fuel. but it was jst a bad starter, went to autozone and got it checked. and it failed. so im see wassup with that.. my problem now is, what engine do i get a similar starter. i brought my old one and ask for the older nissan sentra SE-R and even the infinity G20. and non of it match. so yeah help me out when u figure yours out.
