Basically,
my friend needs a car. Urgently. He had an explorer but the trans blew up on him and he had to have it towed to a shop. He didn't have the money to fix the car so he gave the shop the pink slip and they gave him ~$450 for the car.

Now he is out of a car.

He just needs a set of wheels, nothing fancy, on a low budget. He needs something to get to and from work.

Evan I might be able to put a car together for him. I have a few currently under build. It all depends on how much he wants to spend. I can build it accordingly.
