![]() I've put a bigger turbo onto my CA18, along with a bigger intercooler, blow-off valve and new piping.
The upgrades came off another 200sx which seemed to do deal with the heat well. I find my 200sx seems to get extemely hot, although the temp. gauge sits at a good level. 2 weeks ago my thermostat bombed out. I've had 5 pipes melted and my radiator hose has popped off 3 times, which split this afternoon. It's all come down to an obvious heat problem. I've thought about this situation for a long time, but I'm not too sure on which way to go. Any advice on ways to make your car cooler? I'm planning on making a bonnet scoop and a ram pipe to bring up air through the front bumper, but thats not going to be enough. I've seen some HKS oil-coolers. Do they make a difference? Are there any other products like oil-coolers/water-coolers that will make a big difference? Some1 plz help!! This is an emergency!!!! |
