Well my 240 just hit 200k miles and I am gonna flush out the coolant, change the oil, get rid of the gay airbox and put a cone filter, new spark plugs, new wires anything else that could be important now such as new fuel pump, oil filter etc?

oil filter should be changed every time the oil is changed.

Other things, rotate tires, tranny and differential oil change, distro cap/rotor/plugs/wire, fuel filter. Good idea to double check to make sure all your lights work. Check tire pressure. Retorque lug nuts. All I can think of now...

Check your belts too (alternator/fan, power steering, compressor)

...check the pad thickness and replace if needed

...check the rotor thinkness and replace if needed

...check the fluid level, and if you haven't before, flush the fluid

Might as well do the clutch at the same time while you're in the bleeding mode. Same tools, same procedure, same fluid.
