Lower Rad support FAB or NEW??

Ok so Now I really have to admit I have Bought a PEICE Of SHit car,..and to add for Entirely TOO much Money.

Every week tearing this thing down Theres something new.I've now Discovered, after seeing a missing bolt in the Front Lower "Power Brace" on the rad support - getting the bolt,...and now see where ASSHOLE has Drilled out a new hole because The Lower Rad support is Bent to hell.Only on the pass side where it meets the Frame.like He's Clipped something HARD or I doubt jacked the car up there and Bent it to Shit.

What Would you do - Buy a $90 NEW lower rad support (drilling out old Spot welds welding new in) or Fab one up.
If fabbing one, what should I use.the Only Thing besides Superior Support would be that the Tension Arms Mount there. So It would Need to Be Exact I guess or Suspension Geometry would Prob be compromised.

What Would you do??
