Rear Window Trim

Firstly, I did a brief search but was unsuccessful on finding the answer to my question. If there is a thread please let me know so a mod can lock this.

my problem is water is getting inside my trunk. the only thing I can think of is my rear window trim needs to be replaced. here are some pictures






Now I need to know which is the right item number that I need. on courtesy parts they have these two items.
#79816-moulding-rear upper, window
#79616 damn rubber sealant

im guessing its the moulding because it goes on the outside. now if I purchase the moulding is this something I can do myself or suggest a window shop?
