FS: '71 Datsun 240z - KA24DE Project

I no longer have the time to work on my Datsun and I need it gone as I'm out of space to store cars (And have several that need to be in my garage to be worked on and or parted out). I'm selling my '71 project car I acquired in November of 2007. It was originally a California car and brought to Buffalo in 2001 where it was stored behind a house until I purchased it in 2007. The previous owner had lunched the transmission and parked the car until I picked it up.

The car was then completely stripped down, new floors welded in (two small holes need to be patched), engine bay stripped, holes filled where brackets used to be, battery tray deleted, etc. The car comes with:

'71 Datsun 240z
'95 KA24DE 90k miles
-Full swap
-Wiring Harness
-ECU
-Great condition transmission 40k miles
-Injectors
-MAF
-Intake
-Motor Mounts
-Long Block with all accessories
Vildini Motorsports KA24/SR20 Mount kit
Modern Motorsports Carbon Fiber ZG Flares (rear's are sitting inside the car, front's installed).
Nismo/Recaro SRD seats with sliders
Factory 240z HVAC
Factory 240z Dashboard
Factory 240z Gauges
Factory 240z Stock Suspension
Factory 240z Stock Wheels
Factory 240z Stock Brakes
Factory 240z Stock Brake Booster and Master cylinder
Factory 240z Stock Differential R160 (I can't remember the ratio and did not jack the car up sorry!)
Replaced Floors
Stripped interior
Stripped Engine bay

Photos and some more description:

Exterior photos, rear flares not installed, driver's side cut and nutserts installed. The inner fender well still needs to be welded up against the body for a "water tight" fit.

The two holes left to be patched.
The floors have been replaced with thicker than factory replacement items. The frame rails are MINT, they had to small holes near the front of the car which have been patched with thicker than factory gauge steel.

The interior is currently stripped down, I do not have the carpet for it as it was in horrible condition. The headliner is in NEW condition as are the sunshades.

Shot of the wood steering wheel, it's in fantastic condition, nicely aged IMO.

Engine bay is stripped down to be sprayed and so that all of the original bracket holes could be filled in (already done). You can also see one of the frame rail patches. I have not ground down any of the welds to make them "pretty".

Small bit of surface rust on the roof that needs to be sanded out.

The old interior rear piece (in front of the tail lights in the hatch) was damaged so I purchased one in much better condition.

KA24DE and mounting crossmember. The KA has 90k miles on it, great leakdown and compression.

Custom rear brace for running finned differential cover on the stock rear suspension.

I'm asking $2200 obo, and I am very negotiable. I need this car gone ASAP and delivery IS an option (at the buyers expense).

Would also trade for an LS1 pull out

I WILL NOT PART, so please do not bother asking. As I said, I'm negotiable on the price and am really just looking to get this thing gone as I will not let it sit outside and I need the garage space right now (my other 4 bays have vintage stuff and my track car that also cannot go outside).
