sway bar fabrication/mod/advanced

so i was tinkering with my front sway setup today. i installed daft innovation hoping it would be a quick fix for my situation.

i run ls1 but come to find out spacers didnt help because the bar still rubs a little bit, my mounts i guess, are further forward than daft.

spacers moved the bar down and forward but still need a lil more to go to cleat the LS2 pan.

cliff notes: bar doesnt fit, not much more space to work with have to custom fab.

now, questions

1) can i bend the bar? i want to bend it more forward on the forward bends. any good info on process?? im guessing heat it till glowing hot and bend then cool with oil. any way to correctly clock the angle on both sides?

2)
is there a place that can make me a complete bar to my spec and shape?

i know the bar has to be heat treated after i bend it, anyone know a place i can send it off to?
