Front Bumper

My front bumper looks like it had been in an accident or something because I can see where they put a little bondo on it, and the entire bumper is a few shades lighter than the rest of my car. I like the JDM bumper, but I don't know where to order it from. Anyone know how much it would cost, or do you guys have any better recommendations? I'm probably gonna get my car repainted soon, so I am planning on buying a new bumper. I think the most I will spend is around $400.

Not for $400.

Otherwise, GP Sports, Ings, etc...
