the rod that the dip stick sits in is really lose. i can pull it up and down but it doesnt come out. how do i tighen that up?

also i think my catch can is routed wrong. i have the side that is facing the front going to the catch can and the other nipple to the catch can goes to nothing. where should i have it going to? i dont have a spot on my intake to connect it to due to the fact that it is not the stock pipe. what should i do with the open side?

if anyone knows the thread and pitch on the bolt for the rod that the dip stick goes to that would be great too. i cant find a bolt that will thread into the head for the dip stick.

i dont have a spot on my intake to route the other side of the catch can too.

you do no "need" to hook up the catch can to your intake. you can put a breather filter on it. but you could gain a few hp by hooking it up

the dipstick rod - its just pressed into the block. just tap it in

ok notes well taken. thanks. i believe it is pushed in all the way and just comes up easy. ill give it a tap with the ole hammer and see if that puts it in further.

you need a long screwdriver.. put it on one edge, tap lightly, repeat on the other side... dont just wack the top of it you will break something
