exaust tutterings....

well, i dont know if this is normal for all s13's but i have recently noticed that my exaust sound is tut-tut-tutting...ok, its not like i have one cylinder not running, but its barely noticeable. and just recently i have noticed a slight lack of power from idle to about 2.75 rpm. then it picks up just fine again. i replaced injectors 1 and 4 about 3 months ago, but dony know if it could be the others going out slowly...or that my maf could be screwed up?

main question is the odd exaust sound...ill try to get a sound clip of it tomorrow...

just curious if someone else has a sound clip from a stock s13 exaust at idle and exceleration?

think it could be the exaust going or what?
or could it be problems w/ other sensors...?

Sounds like injectors again to me too... If you recall, that's probably what happened to your car before when you replaced the 1st and 4th. Were they new? Did you replace them yourself? Maybe you should just do an extensive tune-up, (dist. cap and rotor, check your o2 sensor, spark plugs, so on and so forth) and then see if it improves at all, which I personally doubt it will.

my car did this just after I washed the engine bay.. I had water around one of the spark plugs, and it was only firing sporadically..

does you exhaust smell like gas?
