need some tips or advice on a digital camera
I have a crappy digi cam right now....but it only cost $50.
 Anyways I just wanted to know what is the best, yet reasonable digi cam to look for? What the heck are megapixels and what is the bare minimum to get high resolution, CLEAR pictures?
