Ok there has to be a site that has info in this. NO offense but dont send me to the stupid tech section. I need a site with more detail.

you know what ? the tech section does not have a post about 5 speed swaps. There is one in the Faq section. It outlines very well what needs to be done in a 5 speed swap . If you feel its missing something, ask specific questions . I did the 5 speed swap on many cars based on whats posted there.
