I was changing my brake lines to steel braided today and ran into some trouble. After I finished the swap, I was bleeding my brakes and I noticed small drips from the rear right line.
I went to look at it and after tightening it, the fluid didn't drip but very slowly leaked out and it only happened when I pressed my brake with my hand and went to go look at it. I tried tightening it again and the bolt very easily stripped. The 10mm wrench grabs the bolt but slips and now I can't tight OR loosen the bolt.
It's connected to the line now and still leaks a little which sucks.

What can I do? It's stripped so I can't remove it and leaking = BAD.

If/when I do make it work, do I have to re-bleed all of the lines?

Use vice grips if the wrench slips

Use a line wrench not a regular wrench, and tons of WD-40.

remove the clip.. and the other side of the line on the caliper. ( fuck the fluid,bleed it later)
Lock a set of Vice Grips on that fittings...( LOCK IT ONCE!! make it count!, any time you have to use a vice grip, you should make that first lock the one and only!)

take the line off buy unbolting the ss braided side. clear the fitting out, and the flair on the hardline, make sure its undamaged and clean. then bolt up the SSline.. nice and snug, don't over tighten remember its not holding anything structural, it has to make a perfect seal.

My powersteering line on the rack were leaking exactly the same way. I tried using a pipe wrench, vice grip, and sprayed a good amount of super penetrant with no luck. I was finally able to take it out by cutting the pipe as close to the locking nut then using a stripped bolt remover and replaced the whole line.

Thanks a lot I forgot that it was a seal and not holding anything structural. This has helped me a lot. If I do take it off, clean it out and get it on correctly, will I have to rebleed my whole system? Or just the 2 rear lines?

whole system.. start with the caliper farthest from the master cylinder.

you can get wrenches made for brake lines next time...the ends aren't as open as regular wrenches...i had that happen to me to a while back.
