how good are the whitelines springs and how much do tney lower the car?<img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/confused.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='???'> would they be the best for the money. only have 250 for springs and installation.
