![]() i am in the process of building a one off hybrid ka24e. does anyone know the uncut head/combustion volume (cc). i do not have a stock head around to check, all of the combustion chambers have been modified. i am at a different approach with this engine and will explain my process when its finished. anyone know of sites with valuable ka24e information like this. most do not go into depth on the ka24e

It would be fairly easy to CC that head...but the head has to be where you can do it. My method for cc-ing a head is to make a plexiglass round cover with a small hole in it, take atf fluid and pour from a calibrated beaker into it through the hole with a tube and funnel. This is how I have matched heads for grinding and shaping in the Combustion chamber. Just get a head, make a plate, drill a 1/4 inch hole in it, get some tubing and a funnel and a beaker and some atf fluid.. Pretty simple to do actually....if you had the head there..
