I test fit my rims on a 90 300z and i barley cleared them with my rims. Im just wondering if the q45 might give me any problems i dont know how i check it. But id hate to buy them and they not work. Can anybody give me a pointer? Thanks and sorry for starting another q45 post.

No, it won't cause a problem.

The caliper is MUCH SMALLER. Just look at them! There's no pistons on the front sides to stick out and hit spokes.
