I think my KA is gonna die soon w/ all this overheating. Oh well. Strange my radiater hose shot off my radiator durring lunch today and spewed fluid everywhere and temps rose up fast.

Good thing I carry coolent and oil on me. I refilled the radiater as much as I could.

Then on the way back home my water temp stayed on C for awhile like it was broken then it shoot up and middle all weird then almost all the way to hot again then back to middle. Hmm guess I'll try flushing out my radiater tomorow and while I'm at it do an oil change and see what happens.

like I said I'm gonna ride this motor out till it dies! I don't belive it's going to quiet yet but....

I got plenty of money on the side to do my swap when it does!

Man how many miles does this engine have if you plan on riding it out, or is it just that messed up, or is just how you drive it.

You might as well do the swap soon, so at least you stop spending money on body mods.

Try some burnout to speed the procees of engine breakdown. Or find it if that as seen on tv oil additive crap works worst case scenario.

but you refilled it WITHOUT bleeding it? that would be why over heated.
when you flush it make sure you bleed it. get new hoses too, they are cheap anyways.

Bring 2 friends and go to Little Tokyo and rent a video.

Use the carpool on the way back and pretend its "Time Attack."

That's how we did it. hehe

Purely out of curiosity, don't feel pressured to answer if you don't want, but what do you do for a living Nitekids? Motor is fine pretty much. I do all my regular tuneups on it. Just overheating is a problem w/ it everynow and then.

newbie question: how did you change your thermostat?

My car overheated once because my water pump seized. Right not my temp gauge is acting weird....at high speeds is goes down and back the middle like a damn boost gauge.
