Ok..did a search and I understand the whole offset thing. My question is, lets say I want to buy a rims Volk GT-N for example. Now these rims have a bit of a lip as you would know. If I were to get 17x7.5 in front front and 18x8.5 in the rear, would the rear automatically have a larger lip due to the overall larger size of the rim?

ok.....how do I get these rims to get that sunken look

To look like these.....

is this cause just by the offset or the width of the rim?

i think the rpm-2 is designed not to have a huge lip look.

yeah, I hear you, it looks so good on the S15 w/ the lip,it should look nice on my S14. I would like even a nice little lip. it's just one of many rims I like for my car. I think I made an error on the rim shown up top,the rims look like BBS rims NOT the Enkei ones I posted. now that I look at more at thepic of the S15 they look like BBS.
