Ka24De fuel issue?

Hey zilvian's looking for your knowledge on this and hope you can help me out.

basically my fuel injector went out, just one. and so I replaced it with a spare one I had lying around which worked but come to find out that it too crapped out on me today but this time the car was running harsh on 3 cylinders and reeking of fuel.

When I parked it I saw water dripping down near my resinator and a lite bit of smoke coming from behind the block but it didnt smell like oil or nothing just a little smoke really...a friend told me water is a byproduct of the cat but it never happened before to me.

I am starting to think I hit a double wammy...1: my injectors bad, 2: my cat is bad as well.

please if you can help me asap in this matter as this is my daily driver car.

maybe one of the piston rings went bad??
