I have a headlight switch for a s14 se with fogs with pigtail if u need it. makes SE fog light install easy. the wire harness is already on the car/bolt up the fogs plug them in/add the relay to the fuse box under the hood/ two screws holds this switch to the steering column and plugs right up.

so the "with fog lights" you mean, the switch has the fog light option right? lol

i thought it was the switch and the fog lights

yes all it is is the the switch that has the fog light option. no fog lights sorry they where busted up.
