sorry if this has already been covered but i tried to search but i got no result.

so on my car , 92 240sx. there is a green box in the driver side corner of the engine bay beside the clutch master cylinder.

anyways after every 9 seconds it makes 2 clicks.

i have no idea what this green box is or why its clicking. It used to never do this but then again the car has been sitting for about a year and a half now.
