disactivating P/S, and removing AC
hello,
2nd half of swap begins, but i have a few questions:
1. i want to deal with my power steering later so i just want to disactivate it for now, i should just remove the belt right? and i have a 90 240sx, to make the swap why do i need new lines and a new reseviour? i could understand why i would need one new line to make it accross the car to the other side, but why would i need a new resivour? looking at it, it seems like i COULD make it all connect with only getting ONE new line. and how can i figure out if i have hicas P/S pump?
2. my car didn't have AC before the swap and i don't want it now, to disactivate it i would just remove the belt but the belt seems to also go over another pulley, what is this pulley for? can i just remove it all? and how can i remove the AC?, i am esspesially worried about letting chemicals into the atmosphere.
