sure you can fit them, but it'll look like ass.
Try for something with lower offset, like +30 or +20 or even less.
Lurk on this forum for awhile, see what offsets and widths people use, and with what size tires..
You WILL regret getting FWD offset wheels.

Offset is pretty simple if you just picture the wheel in your head. Sideways. OK, imagine a line going straight through the middle. On a 7" wheel, this would be 3.5" in from either edge (hint, hint). The offset is the distance (in millimeters) that the back of the mounting pad is from that imaginary center line.

Hence, if you have a +40 offset, that means the back of the pad is 40mm to the "outside" of that middle point. The higher the number, the "flatter" the wheel, and the more "sunken in" it will look on your car. Some cars, like Hondas, have a hub/brake design that works well with high offsets...Subarus too. But our cars, like Bimmers, Porsches, Mustangs and Vettes, prefer lower offsets.

Just FYI:

17x8 +30 is flush with "normal" camber. With more camber, 17x9 +15 can be flush...refer to NiteKids poseur ride for more info.

Oh, and check this out:
