Its the regular 8gig version.

Has had a rough life.
-back clear coating stuff is coming off
-has a few scratches on the front
-missing the volume button (can still adjust volume though)

You can put it on your plan and have another phone or just use it for an ipod.

The Wi of Fi's allow you to use it to download apps and surf the web without a plan

Has been updated with the 4.0 software

I will restore the phone to default if sold and update it if a newer version is available.

As for a price...I don't know. Make an offer and I'll either take it or call you a snip and say no.
