Extra Hard Speedo Question

Hey everyone,

I'm a new member and I made sure that I did a search for previous threads about speedo problems, however, I came up with one thread similar to my own problem. But nobody has made a reply to it, so I thought I'd start a new thread.

My problem is that my speedometer is reading double the speed that I'm going. Example: 50KM/H reads 100KM/H. I have a 95 S14 and I have a S13 Blacktop in the car with tranny. I have a JDM cluster reading up to 180KPH. I have swapped whatever the speed sensor is in there with a 95 240SX speed sensor and also changed the gear sensor with a new gear sensor with more teeth to slow it down.

With all that done, when I go 50KM/H it reads 70KM/H, because of the gear sensor with more teeths, and thats the biggest one that I can find. So I've run out of things to try and I'm desperate for help. So please any advice or help would be a God send. Thank you.
