accessories don't work / sr20 swap

After putting in the sr20det and wiring it up, My friend cannot get his accesories to work i.e. headlights signals seatbelt etc. The car doesn't start either. When we put the car in reverse, the cabin light turns on , the relays start clicking in the computer under the center console. Which tells me the seatbelts might be trying to work. Also the reverse light goes on faintly when in reverse (one of them) the reverse light goes to regular brightness when you tap the brakes. I also check all the fuse/relays in the battery try, kick panel on drivers side. I still can't figure it out, I myself redid the wiring which i did for my SR but im clueless!
