no dash lights

ok so none of my lights come on the gauge cluster or lights for heat controls (light for clock is on when headlights aren't on but when i turn headlights on that goes out too). I checked online already and they said if your bake lights aren't working then prob wiring from brake lights is touching ground but my brake lights work so not sure what it is. also my airbag light is flashing
