So my buddy has a 99 sentra with a ga16de and is having problems. when you turn the key the car wont start. everything work, lights, radio, everything battery. when you turn it you can hear the relay click on, the starter click and try and move but it wont start. if you turn the key a few times it will finally start up.

we cant figure it out. he replaced the starter, the ignition wire and the battery. any ideas would help thanks in advance
