Which ACT clutch? Sprung or unsprung...

ACT NS1-XTR6 6-Puck Unsprung Xtreme Clutch Kit 89-98 SR20DET

ACT NS1-XTG6 6-Puck Sprung Xtreme Clutch Kit 89-98 SR20DET

Right now I have an Exedy Stage 2 that is killed and since Im doing a Z33 transmission swap I want to upgrade my clutch now aswell. My car makes 380whp and I want a clutch thats overkill but I dont want to spend like 2K on a twin plate. Harshness/streetability dont matter, its a track car. I just want something that will last. Im leaning towards unsprung because I dont care about it being an on/off switch and that way I dont have to worry about springs wanting to jump ship. Any insight on either of these clutches would be helpful, thank you guys.
