Is it in proper working condition? Any problems with it? Come with the mounting hardware?

^ All i have is what is shown and i am not sure about properly working.................. it does what a bov does. However it was purchased new about a year ago when i did my swap. I had it completely tightened on hard to prevent leaking and seemed to work fine. I just bought another bov to mount on the cold side
