Turbo coolant line help

I just had my sr20det swap done to my 240sx and noticed that the turbo coolant return line is caped off. Is that commen?

Do you have the Coolant lines running to the turbo?

no, but you dont have to run a water coolant line, just makes the turbo last longer. some garretts or Borgs dont even have water lines, but if you dont want to replace your turbo in a year, i would run a water coolant line. esp with being in Florida.

The guy said yes it has water going to it but I can't tell cuz the heat shield is in the way.
Where can I connect the return line to now that it's in the car? It's a s13 red top

I also have white or blue smoke cant tell the diff out my exhaust and the guy says it's the turbo that it's blown so I'm getting another used stock one and he's putting it on. Do you think the smoke is from not having the coolant line recirculating?
