Hey guys. Well I need to pass emissions for my s13 tomorrow. And well I have a test pipe. My friend has an s14 cat. Do y'all know if their compatible or am i going to start looking for an s13 one

Ima just put it on to take the emissions test.

length n flange is same
but s14 is hollow so that wouldnt help you too much
unless he put an aftermarket one with honeycomb

no a hollow cat means there is nothing in the middle hence the word hollow as in nothing there. Just a shell. LOL

If it has something inside it then it should do its job. Though whether your car is going to pass emissions is a completely different ball of wax.

Is your timing set right? Are all the sensors working properly. Is your EGR working, No check engine light. I am assuming you have a KA and since it has a test pipe on it someone has been playing with it.

All of this could factor into if it will pass or not. Which is something that you cannot just come to a forum and ask if it will pass or not.

How are we to know? You have not told us enough. Oh and don't start, we are not here to hold your hand. All of this stuff has been covered here many times.

It's time to search,read and learn.
