Which head performs better from stock to stock?
I have a sr20det block built but thought of doing
Sr20vet head on det block, what is needed, as for wiring harness, ecu, parts and knowledge? what is the difference in power between the two?

I know the vet head is better
but will it directly Bolt on ?

its not a direct bolt on, its actually a very costly cylinder head conversion

call Mazworx and buy one already done. its fairly cheap, only 5grand starting

but it's drop in.
