I found this carbon fiber racing seat that i want to buy. It costs about 700 bucks..does anyone have a seat like this one? It doesnt look too comfortable but i wonder if those blue pads help at all? Tell me what you think.

those blue pads look to be about 1/4" thick.. so no they arent going to do dick except hold you in the seat.

god that thing looks awful...... ugly, impractical..... yuck. Why dont' you get a seat with pads in it? just an idea....... haha

Cobra makes CF seats with full padding for like $650 and are pretty comfy for what you get. I liked the one i sat in..... i'd never buy one, not my style, but many people like them quite a bit.

You really want to sit in the seat before you buy it.
I have had a Sparco Ultra seat in my car for a few months. Its a great seat as long as you are not going to far. 2 hours max. This weekend I did some mountain driving and did about 300 miles. My back was sore after that.
That sucks! Now I want to sell my seat and get a NICE seat like Bride or a high end Sparco.

Thanks..i was also looking into Buddy Club seats. Has anyone used those before?
