s14 sr20 swap almost done, not sure what hoses hook up to these pipes/valves or whatever you wanna call them. they are circled in the pictures, any input helpful input is appreciated

Well the first two pics look like they go to oil catch can. The last one is the cold pipe, I believe you can just plug that up. Also Im not too familiar with s14 sr. But I hope I helped out

Get a hose and connect them to each other, or if you have an oil catch can, you run it in between these 2.

Run a hose to connect the 2.

Can't quite make these ones out, vacuum nipples under the TB?

Just cap it.

and yea those two are under the throttle body but also under the smaller vacuum lines, im thinkin one goes to the pipe on the intake mani and i dunno about the other

^What flip said, and you can either cap the cold pipe or run it to the large fitting on the intake manifold you're probably guessing is the one.
