WTB: 240sx With Sr20,Ca18,or Rb20

Hey guys I just sold my Z and I'm in the market for a s13 coupe or vert (maybe hatch) with an sr20, rb20, or ca18. I don't mind cosmetic issues like paint if the body panels are straight. I just want something with a strong motor and tranny. The interior can be gutted and it can be riding on steelies for all i care. A clean interior even if gutted and suspension mods are always a plus.

Model: s13 coupe or vert and maybe on the hatches
Engine: sr20 (red or black), ca18, rb20 MUST BE IN GOOD RUNNING CONDITION CAN BE MODDED OR STOCK
Tranny: No grinds, no worn synchros.
suspension: coilovers, sways, ect. preferred.
body: panels must be straight, will accept primered car. Silvia face or pignose are acceptable as well as various body kits. Ie: B-magic
Budget: 3k-4k
