Blitz 3" Downpipe
JGY Customs 3" Testpipe
ACT Street/Strip Clutch
Walbro 255LPH Fuel Pump
Turbo XS MBC

When I floor it, the car will hit like 12psi in first gear, then, when I shift into 2nd it will hold 8psi, then the shift to third and it holds 5psi all the way through that gear... WTF?

Check vacuum lines, see if there is any losen one. At what point do you hear you wastegate? I had the same problem but reverse. I had no boost at low gears and a lot of it at 3rd-5th, more than i expected. It turned out that my wastegate needed to be overhaul.
