Should we return to the rep system?

Should the rep system be reinstated as a means of cleaning out the crap in Zilvia? It seems that both the pic and fitment threads are overrun with BS as well as pointless threads and bumps being made left and right.

The fear of getting negative repped into oblivion could curb that and make this place what it used to be, unfriendly to noobs and dumbasses.

If it does come back I would make it not apply to the loud noises section or no one will post in it.
