SR20Black S13 Leaning Out

Hi everyone !
Been Creeping for a while now anf finally needed help with an issue so i figured i would make a post.Ill try to keep it as simple as possible.

What i Had: (Pre Swap)
SOHC KA
5 Speed Manual
1990 s13 Hatch

What i Have Now: (Post Swap)
DOHC SR20 Blacktop
5 speed manual
E62 ECU
S14 Turbo
HKS Mani
HKS turbo elbow
My Own Built 3" Exhaust (Straight Pipe)
PBM Intercooler/ Intake
SR20 Throttle body (stock)
Stock (Purpleish, 370?) Injectors
Walbro 255 Pump
New OEM fuel Filter
New Spark Plugs
Manual Boost "T"
Stock Rad/Fans (For Now)

Cant remember if im forgetting the things that are on the car...

Whats still being shipped, hopefully to solve problem????
Spit-Fire Coils
Fuel Pressure Regulator
In-Hose Connector for Water Temp

The Issue! (finally, Sorry...)

Idles awesome
RPM sounds correct (Oh ya, tach is still not working...)
Wideband 13.8-14.2 Steady
As soon as i start to drive and even at 1/4 - 1/2 Throttle and leave Vacuum Wideband Spikes to 17.0 then 18.0 then i get "---" and then it starts to pop and fart.
The wideband is exactly 19 inches down pipe (Wants 18-36)

Anyone have similar issues or can give me some insight to what might be an issue id be so happy, thanks for reading and any input you may have.
Thanks
-Shaun-
