Manual swap bearing question....

I am swapping my auto for a manual tranny and was attempting to put in the pilot bearing in but it won't fit at all. It looks as if there is another bearing in there from the auto transmission. Does anyone know if that bearing should be removed so that the new bearing can be installed? Any help would be great.

Nevermind...I found out that the bearing needs to be removed before I can put the new one in.

Go to AutoZone or wherever rents/loans out tools, and get a pilot bearing removal tool, and a slide hammer. After spending 2 hours trying to pry the bastard out, it took 3 whacks with the right tools.
