Another no crank thread

Ok so I'm working on my friends 95 zenki, we recently did a motor swap(95ka24de) cus his old motor was knocking. It is a manual that used to be auto and after the motor swap was all done we went to start the car and nothing. No crank I thought it was the starter so we got a new starter, still nothing. When the key is in the one position the starter is getting power and when u arc it, it spins. The car is kind of a wiring nightmare so idk where to start. Any help would be appreciated.
