looking to trade this 2 cars for a daily for my girl ( must be auto,clean,a/c ,power windows v4 or v6 only)

both cars are clean title

nissan hardbody:

4x4 fenders,5 speed,no ps,runs awesome no issues at all (meaning no any kind of leak,no over heating etc) my daily
will come with wheels its enkie 15x10 with -40 and a brand new tires

sc400:

auto,a/c and heater works great, no over heating
fully stock car runs great BUT need to replace spark plugs and starter (soon)
has a oil and power steering leak
will come with stock wheels
